Atelier Session
Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Atelier Session (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) The service
The App is a browser-based creative workflow tool that helps you browse and shuffle through Pins from your own Pinterest boards for inspiration. After you authorize access via Pinterest OAuth, the App temporarily displays a small selection of Pins in a grid and lets you open Pins on Pinterest.
Pinterest Integration. The App uses the official Pinterest API to enable users to connect their Pinterest account and display their boards and Pins. By connecting your Pinterest account, you authorize Atelier Session to access your Pinterest data as permitted under Pinterest’s API policies. This integration is governed both by these Terms and by Pinterest’s own Terms of Service and Developer Policies.
The App may change over time and may be updated, paused, or discontinued.
2) Pinterest connection and your responsibilities
The App uses Pinterest authentication (OAuth) and the official Pinterest API to access boards and Pins you authorize. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Pinterest account and complying with Pinterest’s terms and policies.
User acknowledgment of data access. By connecting your Pinterest account, you acknowledge and consent that Atelier Session may access the boards and Pins associated with your Pinterest account strictly to provide the App’s shuffle and browsing functionality. The App does not create, post, edit, delete, save, or take automated actions on Pinterest on your behalf.
Disconnect & revocation. You may revoke the App’s access at any time from your Pinterest account settings. You may also disconnect from within the App (if available), which clears the authentication session. After revocation, the App will no longer have access to your Pinterest data.
3) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its services
- Scrape Pinterest or collect Pinterest content outside of authorized API access
- Use the App in a way that violates Pinterest policies or applicable law
4) Pinterest content, attribution, and ownership
Pinterest content (including Pins, images, titles, descriptions, and related metadata) is owned by its respective owners and/or Pinterest as applicable. The App does not claim ownership of any Pinterest content.
The App displays Pinterest content only for session-based browsing and inspiration. Where applicable, the App provides a way to open a Pin on Pinterest so you can view the full context there.
You are responsible for how you use references and for respecting copyrights and creator rights.
5) No warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your needs.
6) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.
7) Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data and how you can revoke access.
8) Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
