Terms of Service

The App is a browser-based creative workflow tool that helps you browse and shuffle Pins from your own Pinterest boards for inspiration.

Pinterest Integration. When you choose to connect Pinterest, the App uses Pinterest authentication (OAuth) and the official Pinterest API to access and display information from your Pinterest account as needed to provide the App’s features. This may include: your boards list, Pins from boards you select, and associated metadata such as Pin title and image URL, and the link to open the Pin on Pinterest.

The App displays Pinterest content for in-session browsing and inspiration and provides a way to open a Pin on Pinterest to view full context there.

The App may change over time and may be updated, paused, or discontinued.

You may use the App only if you can legally agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your device, browser, and internet access needed to use the App.

The App uses Pinterest authentication (OAuth) and the official Pinterest API to access boards and Pins you authorize. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Pinterest account and complying with Pinterest’s terms and policies.

User acknowledgment of data access. By connecting your Pinterest account, you acknowledge and consent that Draft Drills may access and display the Pinterest data described above strictly to provide the App’s shuffle and browsing functionality.

No actions on your behalf. The App does not create, post, edit, delete, save, repin, comment, message, or take automated actions on Pinterest on your behalf.

Disconnect & revocation. You may revoke the App’s access at any time from your Pinterest account settings. You may also disconnect from within the App (if available), which clears the authentication session. After revocation, the App will no longer have access to your Pinterest data.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its services
• Scrape Pinterest or collect Pinterest content outside of authorized API access
• Use the App in a way that violates Pinterest policies or applicable law

Pinterest content (including Pins, images, titles, descriptions, and related metadata) is owned by its respective owners and/or Pinterest as applicable. The App does not claim ownership of any Pinterest content.

You are responsible for how you use references and for respecting copyrights and creator rights.

The App integrates with third-party services (including Pinterest). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party availability, outages, or changes that may affect the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data and how you can revoke access.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
